Innovation and modern, functional design is at the heart of everything Smart Garden does. The company’s latest offering, GroZone, is no exception. Launched last year, the original GroZone Max reinvented the humble patio greenhouse, repositioning it as a high-quality and credible part of the Grow Your Own category. This journey is set to continue with six new designs bolstering the portfolio in 2018.
Launching to the garden retail market at Glee, these new greenhouse options will build on the design concept introduced in 2016, creating a truly comprehensive range for the coming season. The latest innovative designs will offer something for all core growing needs.
Lovers of tomato growing will be treated to two new innovative designs – an entry-level Tomato GroZone, and the double-sided Tomato GroZone Max. Featuring maximum growth height, both products are suitable for all varieties of tomato, helping hobbyist growers take their skills to a whole new level.
Smaller gardens are also catered for, with the introduction of the new GroZone growhouse. Designed to be compact, this new growhouse make it even easier for consumers to grow their own homegrown vegetables, fruit and plants, even when space is at a premium. All products benefit from the same exacting standards of quality that is synonymous with the GroZone brand, meaning they are built to last whilst also continuing to look great season after season.
For those lucky enough to have a larger garden or outdoor space, a new range of Greenhouses has also been introduced for the 2018 season. The largest offering within the GroZone portfolio, these new designs will appeal to enthusiastic growers without the price tag often associated with glass or UPVC greenhouse designs.
A Pro-Tunnel – measuring 2x3m – has also been added to the portfolio, providing ample room for growing, with added headroom for easy access and improved mobility. After all, gardening should be enjoyable, not plagued with aches and pain.
Smart Garden will also be introducing a complementary range of accessories including shelving, ideal for use not just in Grozones but also for sheds, garages and offices, as well as replacement covers.
As with all products in the range, the new additions will benefit from the GroZone’s high specification, greater strength, durability and flexibility, ease of use and extra capacity.
Jonathan Stobart, Managing Director at Smart Garden said: “Our GroZone offering is a hugely exciting part of the Smart portfolio, and one that provides our retail partners with a fantastic opportunity to advance their growhouse offering with a quality product range which will generate volume sales.
“With GroZone, gone are the days of cheap, poorly made patio greenhouses that offer little consumer confidence or brand loyalty. In their place is a range of growhouses that not only meets the customers’ growing needs, but does so in an attractive and lasting way. Our latest designs will offer even more choice for both consumers and retailers, which we have no doubt will translate into another year of thriving sales and increased profitability.”
