Top 100 law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, is delighted to announce the firm’s most recent promotion which has taken place in its leading Health and Social Care team.
Rebecca Leask, who joined the firm’s Health and Social Care team in September 2005, has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner. Rebecca has considerable experience acting for prominent providers in the care sector and will lead the firm’s Health and Social care transactional team. Her practice particularly includes corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, restructures and private equity deals. Rebecca is also a qualified barrister and Notary Public.
