Increased client demand from local and national businesses has seen leading regional law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, welcome Harry Bengough, Zoë Green and David Ashcroft to the firm’s Hereford office, located on Broad Street.
The firm was delighted to attract Herefordshire born and bred Harry back to the County. Since leaving Leominster, Harry has worked in Birmingham, London and Hong Kong and is now pleased to be back in Herefordshire as an Associate Solicitor within the Banking, Restructuring and Insolvency Department. His specialist banking and finance expertise brings new experience to the local marketplace.
Harry said; “I joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys from Wragge & Co in London because I was looking for a new and exciting challenge. I was offered the opportunity to help build and develop the firm’s banking and finance practice, both from a corporate and agricultural perspective. I felt this, combined with the firm’s existing expertise, was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. The firm has a very distinctive and entrepreneurial ethos which I believe is mirrored by the Herefordshire business community, thereby allowing the firm to integrate well with its clients.”
Zoë, who relocated to Herefordshire in 2012, has been welcomed as an Associate Solicitor within the Commercial Property department. Zoë qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has most recently worked in the residential and commercial property team at Masefield Solicitors in Ledbury. Throughout her career Zoë has acted for all manner of businesses and private individuals including farmers, investors and developers in a wide range of matters and is part of the firm’s Agriculture and Rural Affairs team.
Zoë commented; “I am looking forward to working at a progressive and forward thinking law firm. I was looking for a new challenge but wanted to stay in Herefordshire because I have fallen in love with the County. I was delighted to be offered this fantastic opportunity to work with a great team.”
The Commercial team has also been pleased to introduce David as a Consultant within the department. David has extensive experience in both private practice and commerce, gained in the City of London and Holborn, as well as sound knowledge of the local market, having lived in the Three Counties for over ten years.
