Leading regional law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, is delighted to announce the firm’s most recent promotions which have taken place in the firm’s corporate department.
Two of the firm’s corporate specialists have been promoted; Rebecca Leask from Senior Associate to Partner and Jenny Staples, from Solicitor to Associate.
Rebecca joined the firm in September 2005 and has a general corporate practice with a specialism in Health and Social Care transactions, in particular corporate acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures, restructures and private equity deals. In addition to her practice as a solicitor, Rebecca is also a qualified barrister and Notary Public.
Jennifer, who joined the firm in March 2009, covers Harrison Clark Rickerbys’, Hereford and Ross offices providing corporate legal advice to clients nationally. She has a depth of experience in a wide variety of corporate matters. She also acts for businesses of all shapes and sizes across a broad range of sectors.
