Boosting expertise in all aspects of clean energy in Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Hereford office is a legal expert in the field who has just joined the firm to lead its energy team, as well as increasing its considerable commercial property strength.
Harriet Murray Jones, who works in energy, renewables and property, is renowned for her market-leading expertise in the development of and investment in clean energy projects. Her experience includes all forms of such projects, including on- and off-shore wind, solar and biomass and anaerobic digestion.
Harriet said: “Clean energy is such a dynamic and fast-moving area of work that it’s vital to stay ahead of the new technology and commercial development in the field. Harriet’s renewable energy experience includes acting for developers, buyers and landowners including (amongst others) RES, Farm Energy Partnership, Centrica, the Forewind consortium, RWE Npower Renewables and Scottish and Southern Energy plc.
She also has extensive experience of all aspects of property law including investment, development, landlord and tenant and property finance work. She has advised on the acquisition, management and sale of property assets, as well as advising on the sale and purchase of investment properties and portfolios.
