Paul and Ruth, the founders of Fyne Herbs, share a lifelong passion for herbs, ignited by their aunt Maryon’s enthusiasm for the plant world. Growing up, Paul was captivated by the diverse uses of herbs, from culinary applications to medicinal properties and their ability to attract pollinators.
His career in horticulture, working with online and mail-order gardening brands, deepened his understanding of herbs. He learned not only about their uses but also the best practices for growing, caring for, and shipping them.
Together with his wife Ruth, a practicing reflexologist, they founded Fyne Herbs with the mission of encouraging people to send herbs as gifts instead of traditional flower bouquets.
