Inside Retail bolsters Glee’s ‘added value’ portfolio

Printi2i Events Group, the organisers of the annual Glee garden retail show (14th – 16th September, NEC Birmingham), has recently announced details of a new brand which will run alongside its retail shows – introducing Inside Retail. 

Inside Retail represents an exciting resource for all of i2i’s shows, and Glee is no exception. Providing market data and intelligence in the form of regular reports, as well as inspirational content and access to some of the retail industry’s biggest names, Inside Retail has the ability to help businesses develop and grow.

The first report launching under the Inside Retail banner will be the ‘New Retail Guide – Why independent retailing matters’.

Created to provide the 10,000 new retailers that start-up each year the best possible start, the guide will focus on the opportunities and challenges facing all new businesses, including mapping retail trends.

The guide will also help potential business start-ups to understand more about the motivation behind their decision, as well as practical considerations including insurance, banking and outlining the basics of employment law. Concluding the guide will be dedicated sections looking at key aspects of business development including buying cycles, marketing, financial support, omni-channel advice and contact details for useful information sources and support services including Bira, Chambers of Commerce, and i2i Events Group.
