Harrison Clark Shawcross, which recently celebrated the fourth anniversary of its merger with Harrison Clark Rickerbys, has announced promotions as a result of the continued growth of the firm.
The promotions include the appointment of a new head of office, Heath Thomas, who will take over the reins from wills, trust and probate partner, Julia Stahl. Julia will be promoted to head of Private Client for the Ross-on-Wye office.
Heath, who joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Worcester office three years ago as a partner and head of the firm’s Hospitality, Leisure and Sport team, previously worked for the large city law firms of Anthony Collins, Hammonds and Eversheds.
Heath said; “I am delighted to take up this exciting opportunity to lead the further growth of our Ross-on-Wye office. Julia has done a sterling job continuing the development of the office and our clients now encompass a significant number of businesses and individuals from further afield, such as Monmouthshire, the Forest, Wales and the Wye Valley corridor, as well as those locally.”
Julia Stahl, in her new role as head of Private Client for the Ross office, will take the opportunity to concentrate further on developing the region’s wills, trust, probate, residential conveyancing and family law offers, which have all seen recent surges in demand.
In addition, Arpinder Dhillon, partner, who has worked for Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ corporate team for over 10 years, has been appointed head of Business Services for the Ross-on-Wye office. Arpinder started her career at Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Worcester office, but has been working at the firm’s Hereford and Ross-on-Wye offices over the last two years.

The combined firm of Harrison Clark Rickerbys and Harrison Clark Shawcross now has a total staff of over 360, based in six offices throughout the Three Counties, Birmingham and the Thames Valley. The firm intends to keep its high street office in the centre of Ross-on-Wye, but is seeking further accommodation to accommodate the recruitment of new staff
