GIMA opens 2020 Knowledge Exchange programme with Developing Selling Skills

GIMA’s Knowledge Exchange programme will kickstart 2020 with the return of the popular ‘Developing Selling Skills’ session.  Perfect for the entire sales team, this workshop will include fun, interactive content that will arm delegates with everything they need to carve out a successful future within sales.

25th February, Horticulture House, Didcot, OX11 0RN

Led by corporate training specialists, Cedar Associates, ‘Developing Selling Skills’ will focus on core sales tools suitable for both established sales personnel looking for a refresher, or for those new into the world of sales.

Topics up for discussion during the all-day workshop will include time management, communication strategies to encourage more positive negotiations, latest sales trends, persuading by selling the benefits, dealing with objections positively, and will also put into focus how to match the customer’s needs with the right product or service.  Closing the sale, link and up-selling, and creating an action plan will complete the agenda.

This will not be the first time that GIMA has run this popular workshop, with previous delegates praising the session with comments such as “great to get stuck in as a team”, “would recommend to the entire workforce”, and “really engaging, thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be taking a lot back with me”.
