Leading local law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, has recently announced the completion of the acquisition of Burghill Valley Golf Club for its client Burghill Valley Golf Club Limited.
In a deal which completed on 16th January 2015, Harrison Clark Rickerbys worked with Mark and Elaine Ellis, directors of Burghill Valley Golf Club Limited, in order to secure the purchase of the business and assets of Burghill Valley Golf Club from Hills of Ledbury Limited.
The acquisition, which was led by corporate partner, Arpinder Dhillon, and solicitor, Jennifer Staples, also involved a number of specialist lawyers from the licensing and regulatory, property, commercial and employment teams at Harrison Clark Rickerbys.
