Leading law firm, Harrison Clark Rickerbys, has recently welcomed Minnaar Badenhorst as a Senior Associate Solicitor within the firm’s Thames Valley wills, trusts and probate department.
Minnaar originally hails from South-Africa and has been a Lawyer for all of his working life, and prior to moving to Harrison Clark Rickerbys, he practiced in Reading for several years.
The hire of Minnaar has hugely increased the department’s capability at a senior level. He has particular experience of advising older and vulnerable clients, assisting them with financial management and health and welfare concerns. Minnaar also specialises in probate, the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Trusts and is a member of the Thames Valley Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as the Law Society’s Private Client Section.
