The hire of Rachael Reeves has hugely increased the department’s capability at a senior level and they are now a 12-strong team consisting of 3 partners, 6 solicitors and 3 trainees.
Rachael deals with a range of corporate matters, typically helping entrepreneurial start-ups, growing family owned businesses and SME’s. Her work spans all sectors and she is particularly experienced in shareholder and equity arrangements, mergers, disposals and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Rachael is also a member of the Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ equine team, advising on equine business matters.
